		<description><![CDATA[Karen; whenever I get severely stressed (which has been more often than usual, having worked in the banking industry under the threat of a layoff for the past 6 years) I swear. Not your tame, acceptable-in-public type language, but real, true-blue bloopers. I do it in private, but I cuss like a trucker. Then, when I feel better, I go out in public and do something nice for someone else. There is always someone worse off (cliche, I know, but it&#039;s true).]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Delegate, delegate, delegate...Relieve some stress  by assigning someone you trust to handle some of the jobs that are overwhelming you whether in personal (laundry) or business (phone/email) life. Of course, if you are one who needs to be in control at all times, assigning a task for someone else to do may really freak you out!
