I think for many writers there is no light at the end of the tunnel in their POV. You’re right, we should all consider the positive impact our published writing will have on our lives!

The worst thing about paying myself first is to make it all fit. Just when I set aside time for me, the child, the husband, the dog, work…something or someone else needs a piece of me or my day.

I always seem to be last in line on pay day. Maybe meditation..?
